Formed in 1999 by the company’s chief executive officer, Thomas J. Powell, the company is currently managing investment vehicles that include direct and pooled mortgage lending, land holdings, and real estate development projects.

The ELP Executive Team is comprised of business and financial professionals who have dedicated their time and expertise to the successful operation and direction of ELP, including real estate development experts, accountants, marketing professionals, and banking and financial executives. The primary objective of the investment team is to assess the viable opportunities brought to ELP, with strong oversight of the extensive due diligence necessary to fund the various opportunities to manage steady returns for the funds.

Today ELP Capital, Inc. has a strong track record for funding projects that advance the communities that we serve while providing consistent returns to our investors. We currently originate new loans, source and develop new investors, underwrite and process the loans and provide servicing.
